Sepia is indicated for menstrual pain, irregular menses, heaviness in the abdomen and feeling cold even in warm room.

Suggested Usage

Place under tongue and let dissolve. Take when mouth is in natural condition, a half hour before or after eating, brushing teeth, or drinking anything but water. Unless directed otherwise by doctor. Adults 30X, 30C: 10 pellets or 3 tablets three times a day. When symptoms disappear, stop medication. Children 2 to 12 (check warnings on other side of insert): Half adult dose. Children under 2: Only on advice & under supervision of a doctor. Homeopathic medicines are often prescribed professionally for conditions other than those listed on the insert.
