Suggested Usage

Bring water to a simmer. Do not boil. Use one tea bag per 8 oz. of water. Ancient guarani formula: add 12-14 tea bags to two quarts water (demineralized water is preferred), heat slowly and then simmer for 10 minutes. DO NOT BOIL and DO NOT USE METAL POT. Remove tea bags from heat and add equal amount of Yerba Mate Royale herbal tea. Steep 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Refrigerate unused portion.
